Let our team of trained professionals prequalify the vendors you use for your property management needs. Every vendor must be qualified to be listed in our directory. While all vendors listed on US Management are pre-vetted, a select few have gone above and beyond in their vetting process in order to receive the US Management Certified Vendor designation.

All of the US Management Certified Vendors are put through a rigorous qualification process so that your organization can feel confident about serving your clients' properties. Our unique vendor certification program will provide your firm with critical information and peace of mind to assist you in selecting the right vendor for the job.

US Management Certified Vendors

All the US Management Certified Vendors will have a stamp next to their listing in our directory. This designation indicates that they have accomplished a premier status in the US Management system and have important information embedded into their profiles for you to review including:

• Company's primary point of contact information, including business address and phone number
• An outline of basic and expanded functions of the company
• The geographic area(s) the company services
• US Management "Preferred Rate" and after hours rate for service
• Number of years the company has been in business
• The size of the company and links to the company's brochure and website
• Photos of past work and company references
  
• Is the company a "Friend of IREM" and which chapter
• Evidence of Insurance and Current Business License
• Training, licensing, bonding and/or certifications as well as current and past industry affiliations
